These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and WANGJIA 888 TRADING CARDS & COLLECTIBLES CORP. ("Wangjia 888," "we," "us" or "our"). They apply when you access wangjia888.com, visit our store, apply for membership, register for an event, purchase products, offer products for sale or trade to us, or use any related service. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Minors may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized account use.

2. Products and Availability

We sell trading-card products, collectibles and related merchandise. Product descriptions, photographs, release dates, availability and quantities are provided in good faith but may change. Images may be illustrative, and packaging may vary. Displaying a product does not guarantee availability or create an obligation to sell it.

Some products may be subject to purchase limits, allocations, manufacturer delays or cancellation. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, correct errors, or discontinue products where reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion using an available and appropriate method.

3. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other disclosed fees are added as required. We may correct pricing or listing errors before fulfilling an order. Payment must be authorized and successfully completed before an order is fulfilled.

Payments may be processed by independent providers. Your use of a provider is also subject to that provider's terms, privacy policy, eligibility requirements, identity checks, fees and transaction limits. We do not control a provider's approval decisions or service availability.

4. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Where available, cryptocurrency purchasing or payment functionality may be supplied by MoonPay or another independent third-party provider. Wangjia 888 does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange, provide investment advice, hold customer cryptocurrency for trading, or guarantee the availability or value of any digital asset.

• Cryptocurrency prices and network fees can change quickly.
• You are responsible for confirming the correct asset, blockchain network, wallet address and transaction amount.
• Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted.
• A transaction is not considered paid until the applicable provider or network confirms it and our order system records successful payment.
• Provider review, identity verification, network congestion or technical issues may delay or decline a transaction.

Where a refund is approved for an order paid in cryptocurrency, the refund method and amount will be determined in accordance with applicable law, the disclosed refund terms and the capabilities of the payment provider. Network fees, provider fees and changes in cryptocurrency value may not be recoverable unless required by law.

5. Orders, Pre-Orders and Acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase and does not constitute acceptance. We accept an order when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. An automated acknowledgement only confirms receipt. Pre-orders may be affected by distributor allocations, release-date changes and supplier cancellations. Any special pre-order conditions will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping, Pickup and Risk

Available delivery or pickup options, charges and estimated timelines will be displayed or communicated when an order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and collecting pickup orders within any communicated period. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery arrangement.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Return, refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by applicable law and any return conditions disclosed at the store or during checkout. Certain sealed, limited-release, special-order, pre-order, discounted or opened collectible products may have restricted return eligibility where permitted by law. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit. We may request photographs, packaging or other reasonable information to assess a claim.

8. Selling or Trading Cards to Wangjia 888

Any estimate or preliminary offer is non-binding until we inspect the item and confirm a final offer. We may consider authenticity, condition, completeness, market demand, available inventory and resale risk. We may decline any item or transaction.

By selling or trading an item to us, you represent that you are its lawful owner, have authority to transfer it, and that it is authentic and not stolen, counterfeit, subject to a lien or obtained unlawfully. We may request identification or supporting information where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or legal compliance. Payment is made only after the transaction is accepted and completed. Payment method availability may vary.

9. Memberships and Events

Membership applications may be accepted or declined based on capacity, eligibility and compliance with store rules. Membership does not guarantee product access, allocations, event entry or special pricing unless expressly stated. Event capacity, schedules, prizes and rules may change. Participants must follow posted store, tournament, safety and conduct rules. We may refuse entry or remove a participant for disruptive, unsafe, fraudulent or abusive conduct.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website or services to:

• violate a law or the rights of another person;
• submit false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorized information or payments;
• sell or attempt to sell stolen, counterfeit or unlawfully obtained products;
• interfere with website security, operation or other users;
• introduce malicious code, scrape the website in an abusive manner, or attempt unauthorized access; or
• impersonate another person or use another person's payment method or account without authorization.

11. Intellectual Property

The Wangjia 888 website, branding, original text, layouts, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party game names, product images, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wangjia 888 and its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, changes in collectible or cryptocurrency value, or third-party service failures arising from use of the website or services. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Wangjia 888 harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or sale of stolen, counterfeit or unauthorized products to us.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to an account, membership, event or service where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct, a legal violation or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
